Happy Halloween Everyone! We went trick-or-treating with our neighbors, Joey, Steve, and Kaleigh tonight. Griffin and Gray rode around in their red wagon (makeshift firetruck), and we hit the houses on our block and a few others.Griffin insisted that Brent and I dress up tonight. He really wanted Mommy to be a witch, so we went to Walmart for a hat today. We decided to pick up a pirate wig for Brent too. Unfortunately it did not include an eye patch, so he didn't look much like a pirate. We had a fun time anyway.
Our neighborhood is a great place to go trick-or-treating. Lots of trees and the houses are close together with large porches. People sit out front on their porch and drink beer and hand out candy. A few people were having a whole meal outside and even offered us appetizers:)
